Nichole's Bio

Nichole Stephens born in Akron, Ohio is a global singer/songwriter who understands the power of words and music.From elementary school through high school she was active in church, school choirs, a singing group, and orchestra that traveled and performed for a variety of audiences. In the orchestra she played the cello, violin, and bass. Throughout her childhood she played the organ, piano, and drums for her church.

She is influenced by Gospel,R&B, Jazz, Soft Rock, Country, and Soul Music. Her theatrical performances include venues throughout Los Angeles such as The Los Angeles Theatre Center in which she portrayed the role of “Sugar” in the jazz musical titled “Boogie on Down to Central Avenue”. She has also given live performances at Reigns in Beverly Hills, The Knitting Factory in Los Angeles, The Mint in Melrose, The Conga Room, and the Sky Room in Long Beach California.

In addition, she has performed in Ohio and performed with her band at The Richmond Jazz Festival; one of the largest jazz festivals on the east coast of America. Furthermore, she has performed in Rome, Italy. She writes, arranges, and records her own material. She is currently working on her EP featuring all original material and also writes lyrics for other artists. She is a talented singer, musician, songwriter, and feels blessed to use her GOD-given gifts. Her philanthropy involves organizations that support the autism community.
